They were young when they met

Hormones flowed love happened

They swam against the way

And on one summer in the may of 68

They were bound for life.

And what a life indeed

He was the king

But not without his queen

He uplifted her thoughts

She uplifted his morale.

They were a true match.

Ups and down

Fights and patchups later

They did it the best they knew

They did it together !

His relatives

Hers too

All wondered about how

ebony and ivory managed so!

But they did as musically

As they do on a keyboard too!

They made mistakes and did many stuff right

What makes those memorable

Is doing them as they know best Together as a team.

Like keys on the keyboard

Making music for themselves

And all around .

They raised me,

The one and only

Then as we raise mine,

It's a journey they traverse

So well!

Coz they did it as they new best.

Togther as always.

Then Covid came

And what scare

They made through

The best way they knew

Together! Forever!

They say no one is perfect

Though I agree

I see them and say

They are just perfect, together.

Harmonious on the keyboard of Life.

Cant help but love their love for life.

And their life is each other.

Together. Team. Made for each other.
