I came to you in full faith

I laid bare my soul.

I thought you would get me

Sisterhood. I thought.

I spoke. Honestly.

Poured out everything to you.

Every little details.

I came to you as I had heard

Women uplift women.

Hail Sisterhood!

Then I saw it splashed all around.

Distorted. Twisted. Deviated.

My story was just gossip. Suddenly.

Incidents, lies.

As it went from ears and mouths,

It was bad to worse.

Lies became truth and mangled too.

From the person who didn't matter(me)

Suddenly I was "That woman".

They shamed me and called me names. I looked for you and you were missing.

Clearly it was Bye Bye, sisterhood!

Others made fun, they spoke.

It didn't hurt me.

Coz I my back was already hurting,

By the stab wound you gave me

You turned my trust to dust.

You weren't a sister, were you?

But Brutus in the garb of Sisterhood.
